We’re now ready to teardown the old build up your dreams.

We’ll work with engineers to finalize structural details, building notes and procure permits required to proceed. You’ll have a site meeting with your Project Manager or Superintendent to discuss the work flow, location of tools/equipment, and the next steps to follow during an on-site project review, setting a date for a weekly check-in to monitor progress and your satisfaction of the project so far.
We’ll treat your home with the utmost care and mindfulness.
Your Project Manager or Superintendent is in charge of ordering and receiving materials, managing the team of craftspeople and trade experts, coordinating inspections, site safety and ensuring project quality. If you ever want to review upcoming tasks or ask a question, your Project Manager or Superintendent will be there. When the project is nearing completion, we’ll schedule a final project meeting to review outstanding details that need to be completed before closing out the project (also known as a punch list). Professional Craftsmanship and quality are guaranteed from when you welcome our team in to the project zone and when you wave a last goodbye.
